Routine Cleaning List

• Dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces and decorative items 
• Spot wipe surfaces where needed 
• Clean all mirrors and glass tables 
• Sweep/vacuum floors 
• Vacuum/shake out rugs 
• Damp mop floors 
• Make all beds and change sheets for one bed (when clean sheets left out)
• Take out all garbage and recycling 

• Clean inside and outside of microwave 
• Clean stovetop 
• Clean top of hood vent 
• Wipe down countertops, backsplash and small appliances 
• Wipe down dining table and dust chairs 
• Clean fronts of appliances 
• Clean sink/clean and polish faucet 
• Clean outside of garbage can 
• Vacuum and damp mop floor 

• Scrub shower/tub and clean any glass doors 
• Clean inside, outside and behind toilet 
• Wipe baseboard, TP holder, towel holders, shelving etc. 
• Dust light fixtures 
• Clean countertop, backsplash and sink 
• Clean and polish faucet and mirrors 
• Sweep and damp mop floor 

• Quick dust blinds 
• Dust baseboards and door moldings 
• Dust chandeliers and light fixtures 
• Dust picture frames 
• Clean kitchen window, back slider and front door glass 
• Remove cobwebs 

Can be included quarterly or bi-annually OR added on as needed

• Clean light fixtures and HVAC vent covers
• Clean windows and tracks 
• Clean inside oven and refrigerator 
• Spot clean walls, doors, baseboards and cupboard fronts
