Cleaners will wait no more than 10 minutes at the front door to gain access to clean. Please make sure you are ready for them to enter when they arrive.
Cleaners do not clean up cat or dog poop, pee, or throw up. Please try and pick up after your pets before they arrive to clean.
At least 48 hr reschedule/cancellation is required in order to not affect other scheduled cleanings. You will be charged for 25% of your cleaning without the 48 hr notice. You will be charged 50% with 12 hr or less notice. (Note: please call us if there is an emergency situation causing a cancellation)
Reach out to management at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning if you’d like to schedule add-on service(s). We cannot guarantee the add-on services with less than 48 hr notice.
To end or pause your monthly cleaning please email email@example.com at least 5 days prior to next billing (the 1st of each month.)
Refunds from monthly payments are not available. Payments made and not used for that month's cleaning can be used for future cleans or credit for add-ons. Future payments can always be adjusted if you plan to be away, resulting in less need for cleaning that month. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org 5 days prior to that billing. Prorated portions are not reimbursed if you choose to cancel your monthly cleaning.
If you pause your cleaning for 5 weeks or longer, there will be an extra 20% charge when you restart to allow us to get your home back to base level.
Possible increase in prices may occur at the beginning of each calendar year to cover inflation. Depending on certain circumstances, this may happen throughout the year as well, though not likely. You'll be notified by email no later than December 10th if an increase will occur.
